Are you licensed and insured?
You can rest assured that we are fully insured for all of our services! As for licensing, there is technically not a “license” for exterior cleaning, but we are registered with both the city and state.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all for pressure washing or gutter cleaning. For window cleaning, if I need to enter the house to take off screens or clean interior windows, you are welcome to be there, let me in and then leave, or leave a key or entry instructions—up to you!
How do you quote jobs?
Often, we are able to get plenty of information to give a quote from Google Maps or other online sources, and may not need to see the property in person. If needed, we will happily finalize our quote in person!
What forms of payment do you accept?
