We’re fully licensed and insured, and because we’re owner-operated, the owner personally ensures every job is done to high-quality standards, every time.

Are you licensed and insured?
You can rest assured that we are fully insured for all of our services! As for licensing, there is technically not a “license” for exterior cleaning, but we are registered with both the city and state.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No need to be home for pressure washing or gutter cleaning! For exterior window cleaning, I will need to access the interior to remove screens. You are welcome to be home to let me in, leave entry instructions or a key, or remove the screens yourself beforehand if you’d prefer.
How do you quote jobs?
Depending on how much information we can gain from Google Maps or other online resources, we will either ask you to send some pictures and use those to form the quote, or we will visit in-person.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, check, cash, and card (with 3% fee).
